Senior Change Designer

Background

I am a senior sustainability advisor in Forum’s energy team where I work on a broad range of different projects related to energy system change, with a particular focus on scaling up community-led renewable energy and energy efficiency initiatives. My role includes designing, convening and managing multi-stakeholder projects such as the Community Energy Coalition, Farm Power and the Big Energy Vision, providing insight and analysis on energy system trends and futures for a range of different audiences, and working with business and civil society stakeholders and government to design policy-led solutions to barriers to energy system change.  Prior to joining Forum I worked for the sustainable development think tank, E3G, specialising in energy efficiency and low carbon finance, and spent five years as an environmental lawyer at the global law firm Allen & Overy.

Outside of work, I am a mum to two young sons and have an encyclopaedic knowledge of Lego and Star Wars as a result. Any spare time I have left over is spent supporting Manchester United, running, going to the cinema, enjoying London’s many restaurants and buying and selling vintage homeware as a regular stall holder at the North London Vintage Fair.
