Charlene Collison, Associate Director of Sustainable Value Chains and Livelihoods, Forum for the Future.

Charlene drives Forum’s global system change projects across value chains for greater sustainability, equity and resilience. She has led multi-stakeholder collaborative initiatives across a range of sectors and themes, and supports Forum’s thought leadership on collaborative change processes. Her portfolio includes leading Cotton 2040, a cross-industry collaborative project integrating and accelerating efforts for a systemic shift towards sustainability in the cotton and apparel industry.

Charlene’s career spans roles in futures, organisational change, and systems thinking. She has an MSc in Sustainability and Responsibility (Distinction 2013) from Ashridge Management College, a BA in International Relations from the University of Puget Sound and a Diploma in Organisational Change and Development from Henley Management College.
